Christa Berse has been employed as a probate paralegal with Witherspoon & Siracusa, LLP since 2000.  She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of North Florida in 1994.  Prior to her employment at Witherspoon & Siracusa, LLP, Ms. Berse was a freelance probate paralegal preparing probate accounting schedules for various San Francisco Bay Area private professional fiduciaries.

Michael D. Halvorsen

Michael D. Halvorsen has been employed at Witherspoon & Siracusa, LLP since 2005 as a probate paralegal.  He attended San Francisco State University’s Paralegal Studies program where he graduated with honors.  Prior to joining Witherspoon & Siracusa, LLP, Mr. Halvorsen had been employed as a probate paralegal for various attorneys in San Francisco since 1997.

Ineke van Grunsven

Ineke van Grunsven has been employed as a paralegal with Witherspoon & Siracusa, LLP, since January 2020. She attended City College of San Francisco where she obtained her paralegal certificate. Before joining the firm, Ms. Van Grunsven was employed as a litigation paralegal for 20 years at various law offices, of which 15 years was in probate litigation. Ms Van Grunsven is a Dutch native speaker and is also conversational in German.
