Christa Berse has been employed as a probate paralegal with Witherspoon & Siracusa since 2000. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of North Florida in 1994. Prior to her employment at Witherspoon & Siracusa, Ms. Berse was a freelance probate paralegal preparing probate accounting schedules for various San Francisco Bay Area private professional fiduciaries.
Michael D. Halvorsen has been employed at Witherspoon & Siracusa since 2005 as a probate paralegal. He attended San Francisco State University’s Paralegal Studies program where he graduated with honors. Prior to joining Witherspoon & Siracusa, Mr. Halvorsen had been employed as a probate paralegal for various attorneys in San Francisco since 1997.
Daniela Lagoteta has been employed as a Law Clerk with Witherspoon & Siracusa since June 2011. She received a master’s degree in law from La Sapienza University in Rome, Italy, in 2007. She received her L.L.M. in U.S. Legal Studies and a Certificate in Estate Planning from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2016. Prior to her employment at Witherspoon & Siracusa, Ms. Lagoteta was a law clerk at Studio Legale of Giuseppe DeBlasi in Lamezia Terme, Italy. In addition to her general duties as a law clerk at Witherspoon & Siracusa, Ms. Lagoteta coordinates the firm’s ancillary proceedings in EU countries. She is a native Italian speaker and is conversational in Spanish.
Chris Kononowicz has been employed as a clerk with Witherspoon & Siracusa since April 2016. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, in 2009. He is a native Polish speaker.
