Witherspoon & Siracusa is excited to launch our new Web site today.  In addition to providing information on our firm, it is also our goal to create a forum for a discussion of a variety of  legal topics relating to conservatorships, guardianships, probate and trust administration and estate planning. We also intend to use the blog to keep folks up to date on what is new with both our firm and the general Bay Area probate community.
